Marketing Manager of MENA Area


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Research the goals and needs of market users, coordinate the digital marketing strategies of various business units, including market research, user interviews, program design, system processes, standard formulation, and outsourcing cooperation.
  2. Fullincharge of the promotion and marketing activities on digital channels such as social media platforms, email campaigns, and search engines to maintain user interaction and engagement.
  3. Responsible for analyzing and reporting digital marketing data to continuously optimize marketing strategies and effectiveness.
  4. Responsible for overall planning, implementation, and management of digital projectsand offline event. Participate in budget management and control of marketing projects;

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in marketingor related fields with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. 
  2.  Familiarity with Forex market promotion background; experienced in at least one area or similar field. 
  3. Experience in implementing digital projects such as digital marketing platforms, Integrated marketing digital operation optimization. 
  4. Some project management experience; ability to effectively manage and coordinate vendor resources to ensure quality construction of digital projects within scheduled timelines. 
  5. Good team spirit and communication skills, self-driven with strong execution abilities and ability to handle pressure effectively

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Event planning: Based on the company’s marketing objectives and user behavior analysis, using user profiles as a basis, plan integrated marketing activities that aim to attract registrations and acquire customers while achieving brand effectiveness. Control customer acquisition costs and complete program execution, promotion, closed-loop management, and follow-up on activity design, product development, launch, and operation.
  2. Resource coordination: Communicate with teams or departments based on activity requirements to coordinate resources effectively in order to execute activity plans efficiently. Utilize various methods to achieve the ultimate registration goal.
  3. Results tracking: Monitor registration data and user feedback from activities in real-time to propose optimization solutions promptly and ensure expected results are achieved.
  4. Activity review: Conduct comprehensive reviews of activity data and effectiveness through data analysis; optimize activity processes; improve activity outcomes; write activity summaries.
  5. On the foundation of understanding business logic, effectively combine online/offline business with marketing efforts for cross-promotion.

Requirements:

  1. Over 3years of experience in internet finance background with a good understanding of financial business logic and users; preference given to those with majors related to marketing or finance studies.
  2. Over 3years of experience in marketing planning work including executing retailproduct online/offline activities; preferably experienced in projects involving new customer acquisition through registrations. 
  3. Possess event planning skills along with data analysis capabilities; able to compare cost-effectiveness among different customer acquisition channels while demonstrating excellent team communication and collaboration abilities. 
  4. Familiarity with researching user preferences/needs continuously based on an understanding of their behaviors;
